Trillium Health Foundation

The Trillium Health Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) organization whose goal is to support Trillium in its mission to provide extraordinary care for all, including LGBTQ+ health, by ensuring equitable, judgment-free, and affordable care. The Foundation is governed by a separate board of directors whose focus is to ensure the appropriate distribution of funds in support of Trillium Health's mission.
