NYS HIV Self-Test Giveaway

The HSTG (HIV Self-Testing Giveaway) is a convenient way to provide HIV tests to individuals who may not typically seek traditional in-person testing services. The giveaway will begin on June 26, 2023, and will conclude on August 6, 2023. In order to prioritize certain populations, the giveaway will focus on cisgender Latinas, members of the LGBTQ+  community, and cisgender Black women.

To participate, community members can complete an online eligibility survey. If deemed eligible, participants will receive an email containing a discount code and instructions to redeem a free HIV self-test kit through the OraSure Technologies, Inc. website. Additionally, individuals can obtain the eligibility survey link by texting the word "TEST" to 40457. Those who are ineligible for the HSTG can request an at-home test kit from Trillium Health or opt for in-person testing.
