Kelly Wilmot, LCSW
Kelly serves as the Associate Vice President of Behavioral Health, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families. She possesses comprehensive experience and training in addressing a wide range of mental health issues and concerns, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harming behaviors, relationship issues, and family conflict. Specializing in trauma-informed care, Kelly has dedicated over a decade to serving children, adolescents, and adult survivors of sexual and physical violence. Additionally, she is skilled in treating co-morbid mental health and substance use disorders. Alongside her administrative duties, Kelly will provide direct care services to Trillium patients.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kelly earned her Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to joining Trillium, she held various administrative roles, including Chief Program Officer at Villa of Hope, Vice President of Operations at the Mental Health Association, and Associate Director at the Monroe County Office of Mental Health. Kelly's contributions to the field have been recognized, as evidenced by her receipt of the Rochester Business Journal Healthcare Heroes Award for 2024.
