Trillium Health is thrilled to share that Joseph Searles, Jr., Vice President & Chief Community Engagement Officer, has won a Lifetime Achievement award as part of the Rochester Business Journal’s 2022 Health Care Heroes awards. Joseph was selected for his dedication to promoting health equity among many vulnerable populations, including communities of color and low-income families.
Joseph has lead or influenced diversity, equity and inclusion strategies for top local companies and mission-based organizations across the state. He also has been an advocate and a champion for health equity by engaging in efforts that address the social determinants of health, such as employment, education, housing, health care, and nutrition.
