White Party

Several different varieties of a “white party” began in the early 1980’s, with the most notable being held in Miami as a benefit for people with HIV/AIDS. Donning a white outfit was designed to create equity amongst attendees and was adopted early on by communities of color. As iterations varied throughout the decades, the connection to HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment remained a mainstay. Trillium Health held its first White Party in 2012 and the tradition continues!

The White Party is not a traditional gala! It's unlike any other event in Rochester - the space, entertainment, attire, and energy combine to make it a night to remember! However, it is a fundraiser, and contributions are welcome.

There are several ways to attend! We have many different sponsorship levels that include a variety of perks and benefits depending on the level you choose; whether it’s you personally, or an organization/company that you are affiliated with. You also have the option to purchase individual tickets.

White! Or any variation. The rest is up to you! There have been shorts, there have been tuxedos, and everything in between! Think all-white summer glam and you’ll be set!

Having cash on hand is a great idea! It's a fantastic way to tip the wait staff and the entertainers throughout the evening.

Yes! The evening includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar.

There are several different options when it comes to parking. We offer valet parking, there are public parking garages nearby, and street parking is always available.
