Alex Danforth, PharmD

Alex is a clinical pharmacist and board certified in ambulatory care. She works collaboratively with the primary care and specialty providers at Trillium Health to manage diabetes medications. During a visit, you can expect to review your medication list, go over recent labs, and be given the opportunity to ask questions about any of your medications. Together with her patients, she helps them optimize their medications and work towards preventing complications or side effects.
