Dr. Scutaru completed his residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, in The Bronx, New York. He attended medical school at Technion School of Medicine, in Israel. He specializes in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. In his spare time, Dr. Scutaru enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking, building, and family.
