Festival Vendors
We're accepting applications for food vendors, retail vendors, and community-based vendors.
Some sponsorships also include vendor space at the Festival.

Retail Vendors
The retail vendor application is due by Friday, April 25, 2025. You will be notified on May 9, 2025.
10x10 spaces are $160. PLEASE NOTE: you will have to provide your own tent/table/etc.
A retail vendor is any business or individual looking to sell items for profit at the event.
Community-Based Vendors
The community-based vendor application is due by Friday, April 25, 2025. You will be notified on May 9, 2025.
10x10 spaces are $50. PLEASE NOTE: you will have to provide your own tent/table/etc.
A community-based vendor is any organization or business looking to table and provide information to the community about their organization, project, etc.
Food Vendors
The food vendor application is due by Friday, March 28, 2025. You will be notified April 11, 2025.
Food vendors are charged a fee of $750.
