Sliding-Fee Discount
Trillium Health believes in extraordinary care for all, which is why we offer a wide range of medical and supportive services even if you do not have a way to pay for them. Our sliding-scale discount program removes barriers to care based on income or ability to pay.
Eligibility & Enrollment Specialists
We understand that figuring out medical costs and insurance can be confusing. Our Eligibility & Enrollment Specialists will help answer your insurance questions, apply for discounts, and establish a plan that works for you. We can also help you manage prescription drug costs.
Charity Care
Our charity care program is for anyone who may need financial help beyond what our sliding-scale discount program provides.
