“Trillium Health was honored to be selected by New York State to provide COVID-19 vaccinations at Seneca Towers, as part of the governor’s initiative to vaccinate vulnerable communities and communities of color. Our mission is to promote health equity and to eliminate barriers so we can provide quality care to people from all backgrounds – regardless of income, race, and ethnicity. This is truly our mission in action, and we’d like to thank New York State and the NYS Department for the opportunity.
This “pop up” vaccination was a collaboration among New York State, Rochester Management, Rochester Rapid Response Team, City of Rochester, Monroe County, Common Ground Health, Finger Lakes COVID-19 Vaccine Hub and Task Force, and Trillium Health. We appreciate the support that we received from our partners, and from the many volunteers working onsite.
Trillium Health is working hard to do our part to stop the spread of the virus, and we look forward to the day when we can truly achieve herd immunity.”
