We began as a small HIV/AIDS clinic in the 1980's, and we’re proud of our legacy as the leading LGBTQ+ healthcare provider in Rochester. In 2016, we began to serve everyone in the community - regardless of race, ethnicity, income, sexual orientation, or gender expression. We continue to live by our founding values of courage, hope, and innovation.

We provide a full range of services at our downtown location at 259 Monroe Avenue. We also offer several other programs and services underneath the Trillium Health umbrella, including Pediatrics, the Gynecology, and the MOCHA Center. In addition, we offer:
