Trillium Health Geneva Campus Relocates to Accommodate Expansion
Geneva, NY—Trillium Health’s Geneva satellite campus opened its doors this week in a new location! To address the growing need for indoor and outdoor space, the facility has been moved to 30 Elm Street, Geneva New York 14456 from its previous location at 605 West Washington Street.
The Geneva office of Trillium Health offers services to people who have chronic (long-term) health conditions. All satellite offices work in tandem with Trillium Health’s main location at 259 Monroe Ave, Rochester to provide a link to care, supportive services, testing, pharmacy access and a care manager to help with patient and client needs.
Trillium Health’s Geneva and Bath, NY offices include the following supportive services: transportation & housing assistance, legal services, language access, support groups, insurance navigation and assistance, tele-health services and more!
